Das Rapsfeld Foto entstand Ende April aus 16 Aufnahmen, wodurch ich eine Auflösung von 173,5 Megapixel erreichte. Diese enorme Auflösung ist nötig, um die Detailschärfe des Rapsfeld Bildes auch bei einer Druckgröße von bis zu 3 Meter Breite zu behalten. Nur in Großformat auf 2 oder 3 Meter Breite gedruckt, kann nämlich annähernd die Leuchtkraft und Lichtstimmung zur Geltung kommen, die ich vor Ort bei der Aufnahme antraf.
The colza field picture (Rapsfeld) was taken at the end of April consisting of 16 shots. So I reached a resolution of 173.5 megapixels. This huge resolution is needed to retain the sharpness of the image, even with prints up to 3 meters in width. Only prints in that size can come close to the luminosity and cue state, which I encountered at the location in Poland.
